Shipping policy

Orders received during normal business hours (AEST) are processed for shipment within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy periods). 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping for orders over $300 AUD within Australia is free. Shipping charges on orders below $300 AUD are calculated at checkout.

Express post fee on all orders is calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping costs are quoted at the checkout and will vary according to the delivery region. International shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs as the destination country. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes internationally.

TAXES & DUTIES

Duties & taxes differ for each country and are not payable by Monika Branagan.

Please check with local custom authorities prior to any purchase to understand any duties & taxes an order may incur. These charges are payable by the customer when the goods arrive in the country.
