Monika Branagan is designed in Sydney and manufactured in Bali by a small mother and daughter run factory. The factory has signed the International Labour Organisation's Declaration on the Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work which covers decent working hours, above wage stated by the local government and no forced labour or trafficking. Further, employees have the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

Since launching in 2024, Monika Branagan has been attracting attention from like minded people who value attention to detail, original design and ethical manufacturing.
