RETURNS POLICY

Returns and Refunds:

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Monika Branagan. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help. We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Criteria:

 To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at hello@monikabranagan.com within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Provide your order number, email used for the order and the reason for the return.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the return address.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless there has been a fault (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will not be included when the item was originally purchased.

Exchanges:

 At this stage we do not offer an exchange if you item passes the eligibility for a return you will be given a refund minus the shipping cots. You can purchase the correct item while waiting on your refund or after.

 Non-Refundable Sale Items:

 Sale items marked on sale are non-refundable for any reason.
